What is this ?

The Product Recommendation Pool defines the set of products the AI can choose from when generating recommendations.

Instead of letting the AI scan your entire catalog blindly, you can:

• Restrict recommendations to specific products
• Exclude certain products or categories
• Adapt recommendations to the context of each quiz

Each quiz can have its own recommendation pool.

Why it matters

The quality of AI recommendations depends heavily on which products are eligible.

Best practices

✅ Use Include Products to narrow the scope, restrict recommendations using product categories or tags

✅ Use Exclude Products to remove edge cases, exclude products that should never be recommended (testing product, internal product,…)

✅ Adapt the pool to each quiz, create quiz for each categories allow better performances

✅ Keep your product tags clean and consistent, well-structured tags significantly improve AI
